The problem
Most website enquiries are the same handful of questions — price, availability, what's included, how soon can you come out. They arrive around the clock, they all need answering before anyone will book, and every hour of delay loses a share of them to whoever replied first.
What we built
A chatbot trained on the business's own information — services, pricing, availability, the questions customers actually ask — running on the website and on WhatsApp from the same brain. It answers instantly, qualifies the enquiry as it goes, and books straight into the calendar once there's enough to act on.
How it works
Answers are retrieved from the business's own content in Supabase rather than generated from the model's memory, so the bot can't invent a price or promise a service that isn't offered. Booking and CRM writes go through the same n8n layer as the voice and WhatsApp agents, so all three channels stay consistent. Anything outside its scope is handed to a human with the conversation attached.
