Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability.

Information within client systems.Where we build and operate automations for a client, those systems may process the client's own customer data (for example, a caller's name and appointment time). In that relationship the client is the data controller and we act as a data processor on their instructions.

To respond to your enquiry, to carry out the free audit you requested, to provide and support services you have engaged us for, and to keep the website secure and working. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on third-party providers to deliver our services. Depending on what you use, your data may be processed by our website host, our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) where you contact us on that channel, and the automation and AI platforms listed on our homepage. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
